EIA Screening
We have successfully avoided the need for EIA on a substantial number of projects, including the following:
· Development of 275 homes and replacement premises for the Royal Academy of Dance at York Place, Battersea
· Development of the Blavatnik School of Government within the Radcliffe Observatory Quarter, Oxford
· Development of 550 homes on 51 hectares of greenfield and former opencast land near Airdrie
· Redevelopment of various facilities, including the Melrose Stand, at York Racecourse
· Development of 290 homes at a former munitions factory in Birtley, Gateshead
· Development of a retail park on former industrial land at Barracks Mill, Macclesfield
· Replacement facilities and infrastructure for Coventry University on three city-centre sites
· Development of 600 homes on 33 hectares of greenfield land at Stones Farm, Sittingbourne
· Redevelopment of office and leisure uses to provide 300 residential units in Crawley
· Development of 200 residential units on former industrial land at Kingsland Wharves, Hackney
· Mixed-use redevelopment, including 140 residential units, of former industrial land at Spittal Point, Berwick-on-Tweed
